What if... we focused more on goals that made us feel more confident in our ability to do the things we want to do. Goals that work toward 'improving' how you look are coming from a negative start. They're saying that there is something wrong with how you look to begin with. Don't body shame yourself and don't let anyone else do it either. Start with something you can do. Start with a positive. Build on that and build your confidence. You're already amazing 💪❤ Focus less on obtaining the #bikinibody and more on enjoying the body you have and finding gratitude in what it can already do. Push it to do more for you. Learn how to improve on the abilities you already have. Make it stronger and healthier. Nourish it well. Find something you want to do (maybe along walk with a friend, or opening jars without having to ask for help 😊) and work towards that.

Honestly lost for words about how good I feel about getting back on track, setting myself goals that I can really see myself achieving.
Also extremely happy with how I’ve maintained my physique since I went off track for one or two months.
It’s not only nice but 100% normal to take a step back from your fitness lifestyle for a while to give yourself a break whether you’re on holiday or just want to relax and focus on yourself, but as long as you know how to get back to it and don’t let yourself lose vision of your goals🙌🏼
