N’oubliez pas non plus qu’on y arrive toujours si on met tout en œuvre pour. . Je ne suis pas la plus sèche, ni la plus musclée, mais j’ai appris à l’accepter et a vouloir y remédier. C’est lorsque je vois ma shape que je vois les points à améliorer et c’est ce qui me pousse à en changer. Je ne cherche à ressembler à personne, je cherche seulement à devenir la personne version de moi même. Je ne me motive pas a travers des photos d’autres athlètes, je me motive à travers moi même et mes défauts. . Votre seule référence c’est vous même. I'm just telling you the endless benefits of it, but you gotta do you! 😘 . . 🌿More whole, natural foods will maintain & regain your health. Plant-based foods can reduce the risk of cancer and diseases of affluence like diabetes. . You can Google what the majority of cows are fed in this country.. It usually contains GMO corn, other dead animals, even candy, etc. It’s not their natural diet. In the very same way that the majority of Americans (who don't eat their biological diet) end up sick and with disease, cows get sick, too. . To keep them alive, and producing unnatural amounts of milk and beef, they are given antibiotics and hormones. Which-surprise don't disappear before being consumed 🤷🏻‍♀️ Have you noticed how many young girls are entering puberty earlier these days? Think it's a coincidence? . . 🌿Will offer you an incredible variety of meal !! When it comes to eating more plants, many people often ask "what do you eat?" The answer is "what can't you eat?" 😉🍒🍠🥑🍎🍯🍟🍝 . . 🌿You will save life : the treatment of farm animals is unacceptable, and humans are very detached from how our food arrives on our table. . We aren't asking the simple and important questions.... It was a being. 🐷🐮🐥With eyes to see like you. With feelings like you. With a brain and a heart, just like you. ❤️ . . 🌿It 's good for the environment : 70 % of grains and cereals in the US are grown to fed farmed animals. . . I don't see any reasons to not go plant based ... Good for your health, the planet, animals, and your SOUL 💪🏼✅ . . You don't need to cut all animals product right away, do what feels right for you ! But you will see, with time, you won't even want those anymore ! . Going plant based is simply going back to your true nature ! 🥑🐝✨ . .   • Понедельник, такой день, с которым у многих связаны начало каких-то свершений, действий и преображений😀 . Я лично стараюсь не ждать понедельника, предпочитаю делать сразу. А вы?⤵️ . Собственно, не об этом речь, а о том какие места в фигуре наиболее проблемны у нас, дам, и какую основную ошибку при работе над ними не стоит допускать. . ▫️Талия, почти каждая девушка хочет себе тонкую талию и подтянутый живот с рельефными мышцами пресса) Поэтому начиная свои тренировки многие начинают качать только мышцы пресса, чтобы избавиться от проблемных зон, мотивируя себя тем, что если постоянно делать упражнения на пресс - то лишний жир и бока в области живота быстро и незамедлительно уйдут😅 Ну какая же это глупая ошибка из-за непонимания. ❗️Нужно выполнять упражнения на все группы мышц только тогда можно быстро и эффективно убрать объёмы в области талий и живота! Тренируя все группы мышц на тренировке, а не одну группу мышц, вы будете сжигать больше калорий - соответственно сможете быстро похудеть и убрать объемы во всем теле. . ▫️Живот – имея большой избыточный лишний вес всегда есть живот, который висит. Причины обвисшего живота — это сидячая работа, неправильный образ жизни, неправильное питание. . Вообще, лишний жир в организме всегда создаёт большие проблемы связанные с ногами: у многих появляется варикозное расширение вен, сетка на ногах, а также растяжки на ногах в области ягодиц, боках и на животе. Помимо этого проблемы с ССС. . ▫️Спина – лишний вес у девушек, женщин не только откладывается в области живота и боков, также лишний вес и жир откладывается и на спине в основном такая проблема есть у девушек и женщин, у мужчин же лишний избыточный вес откладывается в основном в области живота. . İyi kalite proteinin yanı sıra yağ, çeşitli mineraller (özellikle demir, çinko, fosfor, magnezyum) ve vitaminleri (özellikle B12, B6, B1 ve A vitamini ) de içerirler, ancak C ve E vitaminini içermezler. 🥗 Etin posa içeriği olmadığı için kabızlığa yol açabiliyor. Yeni kesilmiş hayvanların etlerindeki sertlik hem pişirmede, hem de sindirimde zorluk yaratır, Bu nedenle özellikle mide barsak hastalığı olan bireyler kurban etlerini hemen tüketmemeli, buzdolabında birkaç gün beklettikten sonra, haşlama veya ızgarada pişirme yöntemiyle pişirerek tüketmelidirler. 🥩Et ile yapılan yemeklere ekstra yağ eklemeyin kendi yağıyla pişirin. 💦Bayramda kırmızı eti fazla tüketmenin şişkinlik hazımsızlık ve kabızlık problemine ( lif içeriği düşük olduğundan) yol açtığından güne 2 bardak ılık su içerek başlanmalıdır. 🥗Hem kabızlık sorununu aşmak hem de vücudumuzda et tüketimiyle oluşan serbest radikalleri uzaklaştırmak için mutlaka bol yeşillikli salata ve sebze yemekleri tüketmeliyiz. 🍮Yapılan ziyaretler sırasında ikram edilen hamur tatlılarından tadımlık tüketmeli, tercih etme şansınız varsa sütlü veya meyveli tatlılar yemelisiniz.

  • HAPPY THIRD TRIMESTER! *17 vs 27 weeks* We are only a few weeks away from seeing the little one! I am grateful to be able to experience pregnancy. It is one of the best things that happened to me. You are so different when you are pregnant - mindset, body, emotions, thoughts and feelings. All messed up in a wonderful way. It is a very special and precious time and I am happy to make it to 28 weeks!
