  • Happy International Yoga day to all my yogis!! & happy first day of summer! I’m celebrating today by getting my flow on in my apartment building gym while these guys come to put up the wall that’s creating my room! No more living like a nomad wooo! & I’m off to Puerto Rico tonight with my best friends! We’re taking Yoga to San Juan! 💃🏻 have you guys ever been?! Do you have any recommendations on where we should go/what we should do?! . . . Took this shot yesterday with my fav @dtufino_photo!!   • Bon après Moult déceptions culinaires je vous l’affirme : ici à Lanzarote la nourriture est aussi mauvaise que les plages et les décors sont magnifiques 😍 Je mange mal mais j’en prends plein la vue, cette île est sublime ! Les lieux que l’on a choisit sont toujours quasi déserts : ce que j’aime quand je voyage, c’est découvrir aussi des lieux sauvages, et découvrir la faune et la flore locale . ⠀ ⠀ Je passe mon temps en maillot de bain : protection maximale avec de bons solaires et des tenues adaptées et même Chris qui a une peau métissée y a droit. MAIS un coup de soleil est vite arrivé ! Est ce que tu te protèges assez au soleil ? Est ce que tu y fais attention ? ⠀ ⠀ Ma trousse 🆘 coup de soleil ☀️ : ✅Du gel d’aloe Véra, ultra hydratant, apaisant et réparateur que j’applique soit en après soleil, soit directement sur un coup de soleil après avoir placé mon tube au frais pendant 1h. Le soleil déshydrate et ride énormément la peau, l’aloe permet de la réhydrater et la repulper. (Ici à Lanzarote, c’est l’île où est produit énormément de gel d’aloe 😍 ) . ✅ l’huile essentielle de lavande aspic (et pas une autre !) qui peut s’appliquer pure sur les brûlures ou bien diluée dans une huile de calendula. Elle apaise immédiatement les échauffements et fait disparaître la rougeur ! . ✅ un beurre de mangue, pour appliquer dans les cheveux et sur les zones qui pèlent : il répare, nourrit et hydrate même les pieds fendus ! ⠀ ⠀ J’espère que ça vous aidera pour cet été ☀️ Belle après midi à tous ! #teamanchois #fitness #fitgirl #girl #mood #bodyshape #bodygoal #fitgoals #eatclean #food #veggie #diet #healthy #sportshape #workout #lanzarote #espana #islascanarias #beach #sun #holiday #sea #ocean #playa #cactus

Are you being honest with yourself? What are you really eating? You don’t have to go to extremes to get the goals you want. There’s a different style of training for everyone, whatever sport you are into you can look the part. First focus on your behavior and ways of eating if you had a coach tell you on your new meal plan you’d be eating more, would you flip out? Yes, most of you Wally’s but little did you know most of us don’t eat enough and we need to eat more burn fat and get stronger! The best way to do that is by start tricking your metabolism! If you are under eating your body will notice your moods will change your body will react. To get toned, eat more more not less and eat more nutrient dense foods that are sustainable to your lifestyle. Let’s start simple! Get into a ritual, write everything down. Make list and lists! To get stronger we need to refuel your muscles with the right amounts of foods and not limit yourself to starvation.   • Physical strength is manifested from within. First, you must believe you can do the thing before you can condition your body to do it. Without believing in yourself FIRST, the feat of strength will not be accomplished . Without my daily conditioning and my weekly aerial conditioning, none of my circus fun would be possible. BUT, without my belief that i can do hard things, my conditioning wouldn’t be possible 🤔. What i do daily and weekly is harder then flying on any apparatus 🎪🤔, and that’s the way it should be. My workouts train my body so that while i’m in the air i’m not worried about fatiguing to failure - i’m having FUN ☺️🙏🏻 and i’m done flying when i choose to be, not because i’m exhausted from working to failure . Let’s turn your “i can’ts” into “fuck yeah i can’s”!!! I want to help you believe in yourself the way i’ve taught myself to believe in myself 🙏🏻 - truth be told, i haven’t always been this awesome 😉🤣🙈. Let’s train together and build super hero bodies.
