  • Follow us (@simplyfitsociety) for more . By @nessasphere . I got back to my cut phase FOOD DIARY today 🤗😍 I decreased my calories intake and I totally cut on treats. No more ice creams, cookies and sweets for the next 8 weeks. I will still have sushi or other healthy treats but in moderation 🍣😌 This is an example of my daily menu: 1. 🍎 Breakfast part 1 - bulletproof coffee with raspberries. 2. 🍎 Breakfast part 2 - scrambled eggs (4 egg whites and 1 whole egg) and cherry tomatoes. 3. 🍎 Lunch - red and yellow peppers stuffed with quinoa, beef, avocado oil, onion, garlic and tomato sauce topped with a bit of parmesan cheese. 4. 🍎 Pre-workout meal - whole wheat spaghetti pasta with home made bolognese sauce (ground beef, onion, garlic, tomato sauce, olive oil, fresh basil and lots of herbs). 5. 🍎 Post-workout meal - basmati rice, beef steak, steamed green asparagus, lettuce with olive oil and yellow cherry tomatoes. 6. 🍎 Dinner - whole wheat bread with bresaola ham, spinach, avocado and tomato. Total of 1'831 calories 📝😁 I will eat this amount of food on days when there will be no workout. On my lifting or cardio days, I will increase my intake to 2’100 calories 🤗 Any questions in regards to my nutrition plan on cut?   • UNLEASH THE DRAGON. Does that count as a double entendre? 😛 Today, I walked out to the Starbucks down the street and got myself the dragon drink. Honestly, the only reason I wanted to try it was because it looks so beautiful and people have not stopped talking about since it came into existence. . This dragon drink is mango dragonfruit refresher made with coconut milk and mango dragonfruit refresher base (sugar, white grape juice concentrate, natural green coffee flavor, citric acid) and freeze dried dragonfruit pieces). It tasted more on the mango side and was not too sweet nor too milky. . One thing I would change is to have non-freeze dried dragonfruit and instead fresh dragonfruit because the freeze dried pieces take a long time to soften up in the beverage.   • About last night: Asian inspired dishes consisting of delicious quality meat, veggies and the most yummy sauces! _ Eating fairly clean will not be that difficult this vacation, she said😍 Meanwhile, there’s tons of fluffy unresistable bread outside of this frame and a chocolaty cake waiting. To be continued...🙈 _ Also, quick update on the jetlag ✈️(+4 hours in Kyrgyzstan). I travelled during the night and arrived at 3 p.m local time. I’m usually so bad with the tiniest differences! Btw, I managed to resist the plane food and fasted almost until the end. I snacked on some almonds and blueberries. And drank 1 liter of infused water (mint and ginger). And all those efforts didn’t help the bloating 🤬. However, it passed so quickly after landing! And after this dinner I passed out at 9 p.m and slept for 8 hours.   • Hope this brings some SUNSHINE to you on this rainy gloomy morning! 🌞🌞🌞 . "When one door closes, another opens." - Alexander Graham Bell . BAKE closed its outlet at my territory (NEX Mall) on 30 Jun 😢 so i had to resort to having Pablo (almost newly opened on 15 Jun) to satisfy my cheesetart cravings. Glad to say that it was surprisingly better than my first eat! 😊 . Remembered the previous time i had Pablo mini cheesetart, the tart shell was really soft & nua but this time round, it was firm & crispy! Still liked the grainy texture but would really liked the base to be more buttery. Still good! 😋 . Cheese filling was cheesy, light & fluffy. I dug in using a mini spoon & it was like chunky clouds of cheese that melted in my mouth instantly 😍😍😍 Not as savoury as i rmb BAKE's to be but it also means this makes a good light(er) dessert/snack! 👍 . Not bad eh, i would totally eat it again if i have an itchy mouth when i pass by (provided there's no queue). 😂
