  • The Holy Spirit, the most forgotten Person in the Holy Trinity. He is called God (Acts 5:3-4, 2 Samuel 23:1-3) He is called Lord (2 Corinthians 3:17) He created us and made us in His image (Genesis 1:2,26-27, Job 33:4, Psalm 104:29-30) He is omnipresent and we can't escape from His presence (Psalm 139:7-12) He is all knowing and is in need of no teacher because He is all knowing (Isaiah 40:13) Nobody can fully know the knowledge and wisdom of God because of how all knowing and all powerful He is (Romans 11:33), but The Spirit even knows the very thoughts and depths of God which further proves that He is all knowing. (1 Corinthians 2:10-12) The Holy Spirit has emotions and can be grieved. (Isaiah 63:10, Ephesians 4:30) The Spirit even guided a whole nation and gave them rest (Isaiah 63:11-14) He speaks to us and commands us (Ezekiel 3:24, 11:5, Acts 10:19-20) The Spirit can be put to the test (Acts 5:9, Hebrews 11:9) Scripture tells us to never put God to the test! (Luke 4:12, Matthew 4:7, Deuteronomy 6:16) The Holy Spirit forgives our sins and remembers them no more (Hebrews 10:15-17) The Holy Spirit in dwells in all of God's people (Ezekiel 36:25-27) He must be omnipresent if He can in dwell in more than one person at the same time. He is omnipresent because He covers all of Israel, He is also omniscient because He knows who to cover (Ezekiel 39:29) The Holy Spirit gives life to God's people (Ezekiel 37:12-14, John 6:63) He even gives us the courage and power to preach, just as He did with Micah (Micah 3:8) The Holy Spirit gave power to the prophets (Zecheriah 7:12) The Spirit is good (Nehemiah 9:20,30) wait a minute, I thought nobody was good but God alone! (Mark 10:18, Luke 18:19) Truly, The Holy Spirit is God! #Report:triplethreatfaith 🔼🔼🔼🔼🔼 via:triplethreatfaith #faithfulmessias #faithfuljehovah #faithfulholy #biblejournaling #sabbath #godsnotdead #jesustakethewheel #praisebetothelord #thebibleapp #teamjesuschrist #biblestudymoments #godsnotdeadhessurelyalive #godstimingnotmine #thebiblequote #jesuschristtattoo

  • 5 tips for starting your week in the Word: 🌿 - Don’t just return to the same passages and books you always read, or randomly flip open the Bible without intention. Start your time with focus and a plan - what will you read this week/month? How much time will you set aside? It doesn’t have to be at the same time each day or the same amount of minutes each time! But be purposeful. 🌿 - TAKE NOTES! Note taking (handwritten) is proven to improve retention (college counselor for 5 years speaking here ✋🏼) I take quick notes/thoughts with the date in my notetaker’s bible, but I also write down longer insights in my GMJ from @wellwateredwomen (pictured) 🌿 - Ask “Who is God in this passage? What do I learn about Him?” BEFORE asking “how does this apply to me and my day?” Knowing who God is will help you apply it correctly. 🌿 - Use cross references. These are the little verses in the middle between the two columns. When you read Matthew 7:33, look for it in the references and you’ll see other verses similar that you can look up to better understand meaning. 🌿 - Take time to pray! Pray what you read. As @valwoerner says, we don’t pray because we don’t think it’s as productive as doing things ourselves. But prayer is THE most productive thing we can do because it invites the power of God into our lives. Don’t wait until you feel like praying. Don’t wait until you have the “right motive” to come to the Word. JUST COME. He will change you. 🙌🏻 ARE YOU READY? Who is getting in the Word tomorrow? Leave a ❤️ in the comments if you’re committing to meet Him!

I’m still enjoying the fruit it! 🖤. Are you finding ways to slow down and savour the summer? I’d love to hear about it #missyou #bebacksoon

  • “Being in the ministry requires a compassionate heart and tough skin. When my family moved to New York to do ministry, my heart came filled with compassion and excitement. It was met, however, with much coldness. It was hard. I felt extremely isolated. Everytime the Bible says that Jesus was moved with compassion, He did something. It always moved him into action. So what will my action be? Will I sit and cry and feel sorry for myself? Or what action has God called me to take because of the compassion He has put in my heart.” Even when feeling isolated or alone, God has still called us higher. He has called us to set ourselves aside and act on his behalf to show compassion to those around us.

  • There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven. Ecclesiastes 3:1 // We must STOP trying to work things out by our own doing. His plans are far more elaborate than anything we can accomplish on our own. Instead, give your requests to the Lord. Get on your knees, tell him your fears and see how He provides direction and peace. I’ve been doing this the last few weeks. Starting my days on my knees, asking for forgiveness for the ugliness of my heart and for help surrendering the things I want so badly. I’m telling you friends, He opens the right doors in His timing. Trust Him and believe He can do this and He WILL. Mad love for y’all, Britt

  • In our house we speak 4 languages.😲 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Kevin and I are in absolute awe with the way these two interact with each other. 👮‍♂️👩‍🚒 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Last night Mr 1 was having a bath and clear as day was calling out, “Bubbles!”. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ His big brother was playing in the hall way and called out to me, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Mama, Aaron just said bubbles!” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ And then went on to ask, ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ “Why is he speaking my language now?” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ I laughed out loud. I didn’t know there were three languages in the house until I heard the boys playing a little later in the evening and our three year old interacting and responding with his brother in ‘baby talk!’ 😂😂😂 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ What’s the fourth language you ask? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ The language of love.😍😍😍😍 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Does your family speak more than one language? What are some of your multilingual stories? We would love to hear?👇🏼 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

  • “O, Holy Spirit, descend plentifully into my heart. Enlighten the dark corners of this neglected dwelling and scatter there thy cheerful beams”. ~ St. Augustine . I have been silent in this space for awhile, with need to transition myself into another season of peace, another field of being with a new chapter of time and space... And finally, I can say it is good. (Here Emma & Soren celebrate the sunset on the hills near the new house ✨) 🌞 . The trip to Ireland (where I left off) finished beautifully, the end of the school year came with elation as did the time with my iconography mentor, @kordisgeorge who workshopped here in Woodstock and continued to give the gift of the brush back, for which I am eternally grateful. We also decided to stay in Vermont instead of moving afar — and now my heart has become full of the peaceful joy of place, relishing in the glorious bounty and goodness of nature, and the mystery hovering on this new mountain of wilderness alive everywhere around the new house. . #godisgood ~ a new leaf has turned, and I look forward to the days now & ahead! . #sheislight #visualsoflife #littlestoriesofmylife #bedeeplyrooted #fullheartmommas

  • Easiest and I’m pretty sure the oldest crock pot meal in the world: Beef stew. . We found a crap ton of different kinds of meat at Target that were hugely discounted, and got a whole lot of stuff we haven’t had in a while, so I decided to use up the extra carrots, potatoes, and onions we had and make good old fashioned stew. . How does your family cook this meal??? I know everyone does it a bit different. . I just added water & a TON of random spices that sounded good together. 💁🏻‍♀️ . One thing I really enjoy doing is cooking the same thing in different ways to figure out the way we like it best!

  • “Therefore do not throw away your confidence, which has a great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that when you have done the will of God you may receive what is promised.” ‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭10:35-36‬ ‭ESV‬‬ Have confidence that God loves and cares for you. Have confidence that He has a hope and plan for your life. Have confidence that He leads you. Have confidence in His grace. Have confidence that He sees you and has not forgotten about you. Have confidence that He never changes and has no shifting of shadows within Him. Have confidence in your worth in His eyes. Have confidence that you can boldly come to the throne of God and that He who formed the ears to hear and the eyes to see, hears and knows you. Oh, how He loves us💕 stand on the truth of His Word, that Jesus died and paid the price for your sins so that you might have life in Him, and the lies of the enemy will begin to fade away💕 Be confident that He loves you, fights for you, and hasn’t abandoned nor forsaken you💜 You’re never too far gone for hope💜 I know the struggle of not feeling good enough, smart enough, hopeless, lost, and with a lack of self-confidence. That’s ok and part of human nature. We are not perfect and not everyone is going to like what you have to offer, but you don’t have to please everyone though. You don’t have to lean in on your own strength and confidence, but once you take hold confidence that He’s got you, you don’t have to ever throw that away again!!! And even if you trip up and forget, it’s not something that’s gone for good because we can always come back, turn our eyes upon Jesus, and lean into His strength and confidence!!! Not our own!!!! Trust in Him!!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 can I get an AMEN?! 🤩💖 • • • • • • • • #christianartist #christianblogger #instablogger #shespeakstruth #shereadstruth #hope #100daystobravesummer #adventures #goodnewsfeed #communityofchristiancreatives #confidence #trustinjesus #choosejoy #faith #bloggervibes #gracemakers #womenwholead #hopewriters #womenintheword #calledtobecreative #inspiremyinstagram #heruniverse #dreamitdoit #dreamitbeit #womenoffaith #itssimplytuesday

  • It's no secret that liking ourselves is a rebellious act in a world set up to benefit from our insecurities. The diet industry, and yes, it is an industry, is meant to point out and magnify our "flaws". . Self image, self compassion, and self love take continued practice to live into on a daily basis. While they are incredibly positive pursuits and they look good on us, they aren't second nature. Learning to silence imposter syndrome, fear of missing out, and our inner critic is just as big of a challenge as developing a workout or nutrition routine. . Workout and nutrition plans are not all bad, but they all can be harmful if we approach them with the wrong mindset. If we expect them to fix how we feel about ourselves they will never be enough. Our mental health is always more important than how much we weigh, or how many rolls we have. . I have found various activities to help me stay grounded, focused, and become more resilient, but I was never doing them with the purpose of shrinking to fit a mold society handed me. Workout and eat well, but do it so you have the energy to expand in your world not to shrink.

  • Real life is found at the frayed edge of ordinary, right on the cusp of mundane. It begs to be brushed aside, ignored entirely, passed by, or missed completely. Because it’s just so....regular. Benign. Rote. At times, monotonous. But what they don’t tell you is that’s only half the story. . The other part is, if you look close enough, you will see divine etchings, the very heartbeat of God. If you’re still enough (on the inside, of course), you will catch small whispers and hear His familiar footsteps. And if you close your eyes on a windy day, you can smell Him on the breeze.... . May we be the kind of people who can spot the grace of God in the color palette of dinner vegetables on an ordinary Tuesday. ✨ #itssimplytuesday

  • Wow this is so true. You know the song “good morning” by @mandisaofficial ? That part that says “He’s mercies flow in the morning” This is so me right now. I just listened to the podcast by @havilahcunnington on what are your “tiger hours” and I decided to put it into practice. I began immediately after listening yesterday and I began my morning at 5:30am today (I was aiming for 4:30am 🤷‍♀️ but hey I’ll get there right?!) in a nutshell your tiger hours are the most productive hours of your day. For me the most productive part of my day is in the morning and I kid you not... I wrote and almost finished two blog posts, did my devotion, fed my kids 😂, did a workout 💪, made a smoothie, showered, even got ready, read to my kids outside, made lunch, cleaned a little, took the kids to the library, and now I’m enjoying some quiet time while they nap. Ooooh MY goodness!! Seriously, you guys this whole summer I’ve been so off track and I may or may not have been in my pjs still at 11am each day. I desperately needed to restructure my day and I’m so glad I did. How about you what are your tiger hours and how do you stay on track?

  • What would it really look like for us to be still in front of God today? Some days "being still" isn't even a thought. Between early work meetings, the kids sporting events, endless hours of studying or running to the gym--being still is an after thought at best. Let's challenge ourselves today to be still before our Maker. Because it's in those quiet moments where he reminds of his love, shows us his character, and instills into our hearts that He alone is God.

  • Hi 👋 Kevin here. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ As a man I often wonder about, what kind of footprint will I leave once I’m gone? What will I have done to shape history and advance the Kingdom of God? What impact will I have had? ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A big portion of my impact and my legacy are my kids. They are arrows that I get to keep in my quiver for the moment and when the right time comes, I’ll put them on my arrow and release them into the world— ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Not as weapons to kill and destroy but as “weapons“ that will advance the kingdom of God and penetrate the hearts of people with the unfailing love of God. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Our children are among the most precious and valuable things God puts into our hands. Let’s take good care of them. With the love and grace of God let us shape them into arrows while keeping them safe until the time comes to shoot them into the world. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Kevin🤠

  • Well hey there, lovely woman! I'm so glad you're here. If there's one thing I've learned in my years of walking with the Lord, it's that He always blows our expectations out of the water. We know He's big, and His sovereignty over all things still leaves us breathless. We know He's good, and we're still awestruck by the way He redeems all things and cares for us as His own children. We know He's the Source of life, and we're still surprised by His transforming power in us, broken vessels. We know He will make His name known through every avenue imaginable, and we're still thrilled by how He uses even Instagram to His glory. Over here, that's what we're about. Jesus, plain and simple. We know that to know Jesus changes everything. He brings freedom, hope, and new life. By the power of His Spirit, we learn what it means to be His female image-bearers. We're not meant to do it alone. He gives us community - a family of believers - to bolster and equip one another, to help and hold accountable. And that's especially evident among sisters. Girls, we need each other. So here, we're going to talk about Jesus. We're going to declare who He is and what He's done. We're going to lift one another up and set our minds on things above. We're also going to share updates and opportunities to get involved on practical levels. Come on, girls. Let's make Him famous.

  • “My soul magnifies the Lord.” I stumbled upon this verse looking for another one and have written it where I can see it all the time. How beautiful and deep. My soul MAGNIFIES The Lord. It is actually a quote from Mary (in Luke 1), and is the beginning of “The Magnificat”, a beautiful song of praise from Mary that I honestly never paid close attention to until now. • Contentment. A word I've kept coming back to over and over again in these past few months. A word I’m having to come back to today. There are days when I have full joy of the Lord. My heart is so full on those days. My joy trumps any challenges I face on those days. My smile doesn't leave my face on those days. But there are other days when that joy is much harder to find. Something is missing on those days. My heart is discouraged on those days. My skepticism reigns on those days. There is always something we can find to be discontent in. But there is also always something to be content in, and it's eternal. It's Jesus. His love. It's the home that is awaiting us in Heaven. The perfect home. . “I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.” — Romans 8:18

  • Over ten years ago I lost a best friend, but I will never forget what my friend always said. "Great Grace for me". 💞 Grace that brought us from death into life and kept us thus far. Grace for when the struggle is real. . . Everyday grace ushers strength we need to go on. Grace to overcome sin and addictions. . . Grace to run the race set before us. Grace, Grace, God's Amazing Grace. . . By His Grace we were saved. His Grace brought us forgiveness of sins. . Recall the scriptures says, "In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace; Ephesians 1:7" I'd never take that Grace for granted. Never forget how much of Grace you have received. . . . . #greatgrace #amazinggrace #lampandlight #devotion #devotional #womenintheword #bedeeplyrooted #yourinfluence #givemeJesus #faithinspired #gracemakers #beautyfromashes #goodnewsfeed #shedelights

  • I love a good dance party! And so do my kids. But most dance songs aren’t meant for little ears, so I’ve been collecting all my favorite, dance-tested Christian songs into a TWO HOUR Spotify playlist! It’s pretty awesome if I do say so myself. I made it for wild dance parties at home, but it’s great for workouts and hangs by the pool too. Stop by my blog (link in bio) and check it out! By the way, if you don’t normally listen to faith music, give this a shot. I think you’re going to be surprised. 🕺🎉💃

  • The one reason why you keep changing your brand every 3-months 🚀 . Sometimes we choose our coaching niche and create our brand not out of our CALLING . ...but out of a comfort zone A comfort zone that says: . ⚡️This might be more marketable ⚡️Nobody makes money with the niche I really want to do ⚡️What if I fail? . Choosing your niche out of a comfort zone rarely works ❤️❤️ Either you’ll get rid of it and change it 3-6 months down the road because you’re frustrated and feel like you’re hiding your other multi-passionate gifts . Or you’ll never really get the idea off the ground because it wasn’t in alignment with your calling and what God put in your heart to do . Comfort zones look easy—but please avoid them . Nothing grows there ✨ . Pick what’s truly on your HEART ❤️ ALL Niches work. ALL niches have the ability to thrive. But only if it’s truly YOURS ❤️🙏 . . #LeadWithHeart || TAG a biz bestie whose working on their brand ⚡️

  • Even in the darkest dark. . It’s easy to trust God in the light. You know, when everything is going as planned. Throw in some H A R D though, and we forget all about trust and instead rush to seek answers for ourselves. . We call a friend. We google. We ask our mama’s. Google some more. . . 🙋🏼‍♀️ Guilty. . All of that ‘trying to figure it out’ just creates chaos and uncertainty. Uncertainty breeds worry. And worry...well, that is the total opposite of trusting God, right? It’s inevitable, at some point you WILL be called into the dark, the valley, the unknown. When you can’t see a way out, what will you do? . . On days like today, when I find myself in those spaces, I am going to drop the seeking behaviors, pray FIRST, let my faith guide me and simply T R U S T that He has a plan and it is G O O D. . . Because HE is my light in the dark. . . When I am afraid, I put my trust in you. -Psalm 56:3

  • We often have higher standards and expectations for our self. And often they spill out into our relationships with others and we demand more of them. Likewise, when we allow our self to be a work-in-progress, we more readily allow others to be a work-in-progress.

  • I’ve always hated numbers (words are my way). So, for the most part… I only pay attention to what is absolutely necessary when it comes to numbers. I do what I have to to get by. I pay attention to a certain point and then tune out. I stick my head in the sand. ___ I never raised my hand to answer a question in math class. If I’m in a group and we are figuring out how much we owe, I just wait for someone else to come up with the total. If I’m talking numbers pertaining to business I take copious notes and then have to have it re-explained to me a time or two. I get so focused on the fact that I “might not” get what I’m being told that I don’t. ___ I’ve been working really hard on emotional healing these past few years (which entails growing up in areas that I never did or assumed I had) and for me this includes finances and numbers. Money was not taboo in the home I grew up in. Business and numbers were always in the background like white noise. I consistently saw marked up P&L’s, balance sheets, and the like laying around. Cash profit and cash flow were terms I heard often. I even was required to read “Rich Dad, Poor Dad.” I just never learned how it all worked—for myself. ___ It’s not an uncommon thing that we are afraid of what we don’t understand (please don’t recommend I take flying lessons, next. My husband has tried, and that ain’t happening). So this year, I’m committing, firstly, to taking my head out of the sand. And, secondly, to understanding. To sit in what makes me uncomfortable. To stretch my mind. To grow. To not procrastinate but to ponder. ___ NUMBERS DON’T LIE __ Funny thing is when I was young (besides wanting to be an actress and marry Kirk Cameron) I wanted to be a boss business lady. ___ Today, I’m a writer with a small business. My husband is a business owner. My family owns businesses. Words are the best use of my time. However, numbers are a non-negotiable. And so is being an emotionally healthy, wise, well-informed 41-year-old-woman. ___ What is something that you need to understand or grow in this year that freaks you out? #lalalovelylife

  • As I shared yesterday, God’s ways are beyond our imagination. This morning I see this by how powerful God made this verse for me. It’s nothing new to me. I’m very aware God is on the throne. Some of my favorite songs proclaim this truth, and if you asked me in any situation, I’d agree this to be true. However, if you were inside my head the last few nights it would reveal a different story. I was experiencing some pretty terrible PMS symptoms the past fews day battling insomnia and anxiety and when you align that with life circumstances it wasn’t pretty. My husband and I have had opposite schedules creating an opportunity for the enemy to play off my greatest fear, that he won’t return home from his line of duty. Falling victim once more to playing the worst case scenario game in my head. Wherever my heart is invested, I live in fear of it will all come crumbling down. But God. He calls me to a different way of life. He revealed this morning that while I want to be a victim to my hormones, he has made me victorious. He has made a way that even if my situation doesn’t change my perspective can and he did that with this unsuspecting verse. See if God is on the throne, he is in control. That whatever I’m playing on loop in my head isnt’ the end of the story. I’m not God (thank you Jesus!) and God is working things out in a way that my broken imagination fails to do. I once heard it put, God doesn’t provide grace for our imagination. It’s a quote I wrestled with as it seems harsh and unlike God, but when I think more on it, a future where my husband is killed in the line of duty, if I imagine that to be true on a night where it’s not, God doesn’t have grace for me there, as it isn’t true. While he has grace for me as I wrestle through this place of anxiety and insomnia, my imagination isn’t a reality so he can’t show up in and work his ways. So instead of holding on to my anxiety, I hold onto hope allowing him to shift my perspective so I can stand on the firm foundation he provides.. If ever one of my greatest fears become a reality, I can know his grace will be sufficient and he will still be on the throne and it still won’t be the end of the story. 🙌🏼

  • "Love your enemies." . I'm sure that this is a line we have heard several times before. It is one of the important teachings of Christ here on earth. . But have you ever really stopped and reflected on that sentence, alone? . I'd like to invite you to read it again, slowly... . Love your enemies. . When I really took the time to reflect on this, I have to say, I really thought how it sums up Christ's love. In today's day and age, how often does He get scoffed at, mocked, and disregarded? How many times are His precious body and blood in the sacraments abused by those who have no desire to turn away from sin and evil? . Even when we reflect on His Passion, and how horribly treated He was as He walked the way of the Cross, I often look at His response. "Lord, forgive them for they know not what they do." ~ Luke 23:34 . He easily could have gotten angry and could have lashed out. But no. He did the complete opposite. . Do you love like that? . I don't know about yo, but to be quite honest, at times I feel it's impossible for me to do that. How can I love someone who has hurt or wronged me? . I've really pondered on this and came to one realization: on my own, it's impossible. But with Him, it is. . The beautiful thing about Catholicism is that through the sacraments of Reconciliation and the Holy Eucharist, we unite with Christ and become part of the body of Christ. Through this, Christ lives in us. We are then called to allow Him to shine through. Each of us must strive to model our lives after Him and His teachings. . Dearest sisters, on our own, one may say we are 'weak'. We struggle with human tendencies, ones that flawed yet difficult to conquer. . But with Christ, I hope that you are reminded that we can truly do it all. . "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." ~ Philippians 4:13. . Is loving our enemies difficult? Of course. But it is what Christ had instructed us to do. And through our desire to unite with His body and blood in the Holy Eucharist, we become One with Him. He will always give us the strength we need to conquer anything that may lie ahead. . With love and prayers, Kasia <3
