At the Thai Silk Village visitors can learn about the process of manufacturing silk. The tour goes through the life cycle of the silkworm. Thai silk is made from the cocoons of Thai silkworms. After the tour, one may visit the Thai Silk Village’s shop. At the shop, silk items may be purchased. Traditional Thai silk is hand woven, meaning that many fabrics are unique and expensive.
It was a special moment for me to pull up into Cozumel and dock right next to Carnival Triumph, especially the day after it was announced she would be transformed in Carnival Sunrise. 🛳 She was my first Carnival ship I cruised on in 2003 and was the one that started my love for Carnival. ❤️
