Few dozen guys sitting outside. Couple boats and skis in the channel. Probably a drone or two above. The cliff lined with humans. But you can bet @franciscoporcella feels very, very alone at this moment. Captured by @derekdunfee

Happy place 🐳 Choose to feel good - you’re built with the tools
When you think happy positive thoughts your brain makes chemicals for your body to have those feelings for example, Dopamine 💗
Help yourself by looking at pleasing things or better still get amongst pleasing things, get out in nature wherever you can.
If you can’t, make the choice to feel good and imagine being somewhere that feels good and your brain will send the feel good chemicals around your body. Do it enough and it becomes your state - thanks Dr Joe 🙏🏼 @officialdrjoedispenza
Surfing is a lot like life. Unlike other sports, there is no defined ending. There is no distance, or amount of innings or periods, or often even a clear length of time that marks the completion. You have no control over the environment you play on. The playing field can differ greatly from day to day, and just like in life, it’s up to you to take what is given to you and navigate it to the best of your abilities. Even the best slip up some times, but like the rest of us, they get back on the board and continue the search for the perfect wave. A perfect wave that will never exist, but that is why we enjoy every ride from ankle high rollers to overhead tubes, because in each of those moments we feel present, content, and alive. 📷: @newsgirl_kelimoore

Blasting off!! Ever caught a wave so perfect you felt yourself being lifted into another world? That’s the beauty of the ocean’s power to focus us in on the present moment. Just one interpretation of this awesome shot by @diegoweisz. What does it mean to you?
